NURSERY – CLASS V (ADMISSION 2027-28)

1. CONDITION NEEDED TO QUALIFY: Must be born between

3. FILLED – IN REGISTRATION FORMS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE PHOTO COPIES OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND THE AADHAAR CARD.

1. The photocopies must be attested by Parents/Notary.
2. The Birth certificate and the AADHAAR CARD must have the same name of the child.
3. T.C. is required for Class II, III, IV & V.
4. One Postcard size photograph of the parents (Mother & Father) with the child in between is to be pasted in the space given on the Registration Form.
5. Recent passport size photograph of the child should be pasted on the admit card in the space given.

4. FILLED – IN REGISTRATION FORM UNDER ANY ONE CATEGORY MENTIONED BELOW MUST HAVE THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS: ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY SHOULD BE ATTACHED & Original certificates should be brought for verification.
