1. A student should be, regular in attendance, punctual, diligent in her/his work, neat and clean in her/his dress and of exemplary behavior.
2. All the students are expected to reach the school at least 15 minutes before the time fixed for morning school assembly and take active participation in the common morning prayers. Late comers should get the clearance from the office before entering the classroom. Late comers’ record is maintained in the school diary.
3. Students whose attendance is irregular, who do not pay their fees, who are habitually late or absent, lazy or disobedient, whose conduct is injurious to the moral tone of the school or incompatible with discipline, may be dismissed.
4. It is prohibited to eat from hawkers who crowd around school gate.
5. Students are to address their teachers and all members of the school staff with due respect and politeness. Arrogant and challenging behavior towards teaching or non-teaching staff is not desired.
6. Every student attending school is obliged to take part in co-curricular activities organized by the school.
7. Students must speak only in English within the school premises.
8. Any damage done to the school property should be duly compensated.
9. Cameras, magazines, newspaper, cassettes, CD’s, I-pods or any other electronic gadgets, cell phones must not be brought to the school without Principal’s consent. The school management has every right to carry out inspection as and when required.
10. Students must be careful with their belongings. The school is not responsible for goods lost.
11. Students will not be allowed : a. To leave the school during school hours unless the parent comes to take the students b. To give gifts to the members of the staff companies. c. To organize any picnic, excursion or tournament without the Principal’s permission.
12. Every student must have his/her own diary. She/he is expected to bring it to school daily.
13. All students must equip themselves with a complete outfit of everything that is necessary for their studies. They must use their own material and be responsible for their safety and security. Students who are absent for more than 10 days without prior permission or those who have failed to pay their fees for a period of 2(two) months are liable to have their names struck off the rolls and may not be admitted without a valid reason. The full admission fee will be charged.
14. During school hours students may use the school mobile phone only in case of EMERGENCY, with the permission of the Principal or the Vice-Principal. Making phone calls to bring any forgotten articles are not allowed.
15. Unless one has taken the Transfer Certificate from the school, students must always ENTER THE SCHOOL CAMPUS ONLY IN SCHOOL UNIFORM, even if it means attending an extra class or to meet/consult a teacher or for any other work in the school.
16. During all activities and outings the school takes all necessary care and precaution. Yet in spite of that, if an accident or mishap occurs, the school shall in no way be held responsible, or liable.
17. The students are expected to speak well of their class mates, the discipline, management and the teachers of the school.
18. Students should park their bicycle in the cycle stand. Riding cycles inside the campus is strictly prohibited.
19. Students should behave in a decent manner at all times. They are answerable to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behavior outside the school.
20. No student is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours or recess without the permission of the Principal or the coordinator. No child will be sent home even if some urgent need arises.
21. Smoking, chewing gum, chewing tobacco or pan masala is strictly forbidden in the school premises.
22. Any student who is found involved in a fight or bursting crackers within the school premises is liable to be given a transfer certificate.
23. School will not be responsible if a child gets involved in a fight with anyone outside the school premises.
24. Bullying will be severely dealt with.
25. Students must not color or dye their hair and fancy hair cut is not allowed (students complying will be sent back home).
26. It is compulsory for every student to take part in curricular and co-curricular activities organized by the school.

Our school is dedicated to overall development of your child but as it is said that ‘ HOME ITSELF IS THE FIRST SCHOOL FOR CHILD AND PARENTS ARE THE FIRST TEACHERS ’ , let us join our hands together for mutual co-operation to make them responsible citizens of our country with a bright future.
Principal may, occasionally send information to Parents/Guardians with regard to school activities.
After each Term Examination, Report cards are provided in the presence of Parents/Guardians which is an opportunity for Parent’s Teacher’s Meeting (PTM).
So, in this regard we would like to have your kind attention:
1. Parents/Guardians are requested to deposit Monthly Fee as per scheduled dates. Rs. 5/- will be charged as late fee after due date.
2. Parents/Guardians are requested to visit concerned Staff (Principal/Teachers) if you are called to school for any reason at any point of time.
3. All parents/guardians are requested not to arrange for any kind of Tuition from the teachers of this school without the written permission of the Principal.
4. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to enter the class room without the permission of the Principal. They may meet the teachers only with prior appointment.
5. All parents/guardians are requested to receive and return Report Card of your child duly signed by you on scheduled dates to avoid late fine.
6. Please, follow the Motor Vehicle Act and don’t promote your child to ride any Scooter/Motorcycle within or outside the school premises as safety and security initiative.
7. Please, don’t provide Mobile Phones/i-POD/Camera/Electronic Devices to your child within the school premises.
8. All parents/Guardians are requested to co-operate in all the Activities and Assignments specially designed for overall development of your child.
9. Please, send your child along with Lunch Box/Tiffin and don’t trouble any School Staff for this during School Hours.
10. No companions are allowed with Parents/Guardians during their visit to school for any reason.
11. Using Mobile Phones within the School Premises is Strictly Prohibited.
12. Re-admission is compulsory for student promoted from U.K.G. to Class I as well as from Class VI to Class VII.
